Everyone in our parish has opportunities to deepen their faith, learn more about God and the Bible and explore their spirituality. We are especially excited about our Alpha Course, which provides adults with small group discussions about basic questions about God and faith.

Safe Church Training

Safe Church is a three hour training for the prevention of physical, emotional and sexual abuse of children and teens. We feel so strongly about folks who may be ministering to this age group, serve as an employee of Christ Church, serve on our parish vestry, and those who simply have access to our church because they have a church key..that we require Safe Church
training. This training is offered throughout the year at various locations in the Twin Cities. It must be renewed every five years.

Summer in the City: 3rd Annual Inter-Church Middle School Mission Trip

When: 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 22 - 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 25

Where: We will be staying at Gethsemane Episcopal Church, Minneapolis

What: A summer mission trip and city immersion for young people currently in 6^th - 8^th grade. During the day we will be working at a variety of charities in small groups of young people, adult and high school leaders. Each night will be a fun activity like swimming at a Water Park or city scavenger hunt. City busses will be used for transportation.

Cost: $150.00 per person, including all cost other than the purchase of snacks.

Registration deadline is May 1^st. Your check made out to Christ church for $150.00 is your registration for the trip. Parental Permission and emergency forms will be sent out after having received your $150 payment. This event does fill fast as it is done in combination of other Twin Cities Episcopal churches.

High school youth and adult leadership opportunities available as well.

Registration is first come first serve and is limited to 75 participants.

Our children ages 3-8 participate in the Godly Play program.

Nursery Care (ages 0-5)

We have professionally staffed nursery care every Sunday, for children up to age 5. Nursery care is often provided during meetings and events as well.
