Events Requiring the Priest
Who do I contact for information about weddings?
Your first step to explore the possibility of having a wedding at Christ Church is to meet with
our Rector, Ernie Ashcroft. He will discuss our church policies for weddings, confirm a date
and place it on the church calendar. In addition he will make sure you're connected with our
weddings coordinator and others in the church who can help you. Contact the church office
to speak with Ernie.
Who do I contact for information about baptisms?
Contact the church office to arrange a meeting with our priest and establish a date.
Who do I contact for a pastoral emergency?

Call our church office to reach our priest Ernie Ashcroft. If our staff is not in, the main message
on our church voice mail will give you his cell phone number so you can reach him immediately.

Who do I contact for funeral arrangements?

The family or the Funeral Home make the first contact with the church office to arrange a funeral.
Our office staff can connect you with our priest, Ernie Ashcroft.

What is the policy related to the Christ Church kitchen and refrigerator?
The policy is posted on the door of the refrigerator. 

A hand book for food safety including cleaning, separating, cooking and chilling foods is kept on the center island of the kitchen. The refrigerator will be cleaned once a month by a designated parish member. All foods stored in the refrigerator will be evaluated for freshness and expiration dates. All foods determined to be out dated will be discarded.  All food items stored in the refrigerator are to be labeled.  Labels are supplied for your use.

Where can I find instructions for dishwasher operation?
The instructions are posted on the wall behind the dishwasher

What are the rules for borrowing items from Christ Church?

Administrative Questions
How do I get an event on the master calendar?
Contact Dana Fath Strande to request a date. Please include a copy of our building use form with your request. We'll let you know if your event date and time works with our schedule.
When is the Chronicle newsletter published?
The communications team is currently assessing the role and scope of the Chronicle and no upcoming publishing
dates have been established.
How can I request that my name be removed from Chronicle or other church mailings?
Contact Dana Fath Strande by e-mail with the information that should be added or deleted from our mailing lists.

I'd like to transfer my membership from another Episcopal Church to Christ Church. How can I do that?
Contact our secretary and we will provide you with the form you need to fill
out. We will send that form to your previous church to make the transfer.
